SisuBloom is led by real people teaching real children in small live groups: not an algorithm, and not a large anonymous class. This page sets out exactly who is involved, how we approach safeguarding, and what evidence we can currently show.

Small-group learning
Who teaches each child, and how.
Children learn in small live groups led directly by a SisuGuide: not a pre-recorded course, and not a single teacher spread across a large class. [NEEDS CONTENT: confirm exact group size/ratio before publishing a specific number.]
Every child's SisuGuide is visible to parents throughout: you will always know who is working with your child, and can raise anything directly.
A SisuGuide's role goes beyond the live session itself. Each week, they review a child's participation and submitted work (SisuSparks, writing, reading and more) and provide individual feedback. Over time, this builds a picture of each child's patterns and progress, which feeds into a written report every quarter and a quarterly meeting between the SisuGuide and parent to discuss development and priorities for what's next.
Educational philosophy
Montessori-informed, pillar-led.
SisuBloom's approach is Montessori-informed: children are given real responsibility, real choices, and the guidance to use both well. [NEEDS CONTENT: specific Montessori training/certifications held by the team, to be confirmed before publishing.]
Every session is designed to build three connected capabilities (Self Mastery, Critical Thinking, and Communication & Social Intelligence) explored through recurring threads and delivered through six weekly components.
Safeguarding
Safeguarding-led delivery.
Safeguarding shapes how SisuBloom is delivered: sessions are live and small, parents can see who is teaching their child, and communication with children stays within the structure of the programme rather than off-platform.
