Refund Policy

This page describes our intended approach and is being finalised ahead of launch.

Three separate payments

This policy always distinguishes between these three payments. They are never interchangeable, and a rule for one does not apply to another:

  • £75 refundable taster (year-round): not a deposit, not a subscription.
  • Standalone SisuReads: £49/month, recurring, cancel any time before your next billing date.
  • Complete programme payments: the £150/month membership.

£75 refundable taster

The taster is a way to experience SisuBloom before deciding whether to continue. It is refundable, but we have not yet finalised or published the exact refund window, the process for requesting one, or how long a refund takes to process. None of these specifics will appear on this page, or anywhere else on the site, until they're confirmed.

Standalone SisuReads

SisuReads is billed monthly, in advance, as a recurring subscription. Access begins immediately once your payment is verified. For ordinary subscription cancellation, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, and no further recurring payment is taken. Separate statutory cancellation rights may apply as explained below.

Outside any applicable statutory cancellation rights, monthly SisuReads fees are generally non-refundable once the relevant paid period has begun. If you cancel during a statutory cooling-off period after asking us to begin providing SisuReads immediately, we may be entitled to charge for the service provided up to the point of cancellation, where permitted by law. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Complete programme payments

The Complete Programme is billed monthly, in advance, as a rolling monthly subscription with no minimum term. Membership and bundled SisuReads access begin as soon as your payment is verified, along with onboarding and start-date information; appropriate preparation material may also be provided before intake. Live sessions, the structured weekly rhythm and other cohort-dependent elements begin at the next available monthly intake.

For ordinary subscription cancellation, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date; access to SisuReads and any other pre-intake services already provided continues through the paid period, and no further payment is taken. There is no routine pro-rata refund for ordinary cancellation, including where cancellation is requested before the cohort intake. Separate statutory cancellation rights may apply and remain subject to review; nothing here affects your statutory rights.
